Construction Engineering Services
Construction
and engineering programs qualifies NATECH to address a variety
of federal/state/local projects/programs.
We specialize in the areas of civil, sanitary, and environmental
engineering, providing the full range of services from feasibility
studies and economic analyses to final design and construction
contract administration. Our target market includes local,
state and federal governments. We maintain a team relationship
with our clients, their individual needs.
Base or Facility Operations Support
- Mechanical:
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning,
Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
- Drafting:
AutoCAD Computer Aided Drafting, Documentation
of existing, Lay-outs, Elementary Diagrams, Elevations,
P&ID's, Flow Sheets, Site Plans, ISO's, Assembly and
Detail Drawings, etc.
- Project Management:
Budget Estimates, Critical
Path Scheduling, Procurement, Specifications, Tender Administration,
Contractor Selection, and Project Documentation, Filing
for Various Permits.
- Construction Management:
Site Management, Procurement,
Specifications Adherence, Contractor Coordination, Quality
Assurance, and Schedule Adherence.
Communications (maintenance and operations)
NATECH provides a complete range of electronic and communications
facility engineering and maintenance. Each member of our management
team has more than 35 years of experience in maintaining facilities
for the Federal Aviation Administration. NATECH is certified
through its "Results" Contract to perform maintenance
on a variety of National Aerospace Systems. The staff is experienced
in installation, maintenance, removal, modification or relocation
of these systems. The types of facilities are:
- Air Route Traffic Control Centers:
These Centers include complex computer and communications systems, displays,
primary and emergency powers systems, and buildings and grounds.
- Radar Facilities:
The radar facilities include both long-range and short-range systems. Many of the facilities
are at remote locations and present unique maintenance and
engineering problems. NATECH is currently under contract
to the FAA Western-Pacific Region to perform OSHA Modifications
to eleven(11) ASR-9 Airport Surveillance Radar Towers at
airports in California , Nevada , Arizona and Hawaii.
- Navigational Aids:
These facilities include VHF
Omni Range (VOR), Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), Non-directional
Beacons (NDB) and Distance Measuring Equipment (DME), Precision
Path Indicators (PAPI) and Direction Finders (DF). NATECH
is currently providing Resident Engineering and Coordinator
services to the FAA Western-Pacific Region for the construction
of Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) at San Jose , California
and Phoenix , Arizona.
- Communications Facilities:
These facilities include telephone and radio systems, utilizing both satellite and
terrestrial equipment.
Base or Facility Closure Support
NATECH will bring together professional teams from our Engineering,
Maintenance, Environmental and Administrative support units
to provide a customized group to support your needs in Base
or Facility Closure. We will provide the following services:
- Planning and Design
- Complete Environmental Planning packages
- Remediation
- Coordination Support in dealing with parties with vested
interests
- Contractor Oversight
Environmental Support
NATECH has the in-house capability to perform EDDAs, both
Phase I and Phase II and Environmental Assessments (EA). We
have a full-time staff assigned to manage this unit that consists
of an Environmental Engineer and a Biologist. We perform remediation
projects through the use of subcontractors that are licensed
and qualified in the specific area.
