1995, Native American Technology Corporation (NATECH) specializes
in environmental and safety compliance; professional and administrative
support services; full service engineering; base operations
support; and OSHA/EPA training. NATECH is a Native American
woman-owned firm. Certified SBA 8(a) SDB and HUBZone in May
1999. Certified DBE by Oregon and Texas (see attached documents).
The firm’s experience includes development and management
of a specialized course in Fire Life Safety for the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Control Towers.
We designed the course material, published both student and
instructor handbooks, produced teaching aids (including a
video), hired and trained 39 instructors to present the material
to 15,000 FAA employees, and provided the administrative support
to document and certificate all of the training. We are currently
providing System Engineers to support the FAA in the development
of a new air traffic control system in Alaska and Lockheed
Martin Corporation in the development of the new Oceanic System
for the Atlantic and Pacific control areas.
The three key managers of the company have extensive experience
in establishing and maintaining complex government facilities.
These facilities include Air Route Traffic Control Centers
, remote radio and radar sites, complete airport navigational
sites, including all ancillary equipment, buildings, roads
and grounds. We have extensive experience in developing and
executing budgets for personnel support, facility maintenance
and improvement, travel, utilities, and training
Each of our key managers have 35+ years of federal experience
and more than six years of experience in managing large contracts
for prime contractors in support of government agencies.
Our commitment to providing high quality services is demonstrated
through the implementation of detailed quality assurance programs
for all contracts. These programs include written Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) to cover all elements of a program,
and supervisory oversight and follow-up to insure that a quality
product is delivered to the client.
